Mother Teresa was a great woman who devoted all her life to serving the poor and needy people. She was born on 26 August 1910 in Macedonia. Mother Teresa was a woman who believed in God. She spent most of his life in the church.

After some time she became a nun in the church. She was 18 when Mother Teresa came to Kolkata and continued the mission to help the poor and needy here. She served the poor people suffering from leprosy and also told them that leprosy is not an infectious disease and it does not spread by touching each other.

In 2016, she was given the title of ‘Saint’ for serving mankind. Mother Teresa spent her entire life for the benefit of others. She had great faith in God and used to pray to God for many hours. She believed that prayer is an important part of his life, and she taught history and geography for 15 years. Her whole life was spent in human service.

Life‘s Goal

She considers this spirit of service and the voice of conscience, the inspiration of Lord Jesus, and this day as ‘Inspiration Day’. She took this holy message of the Lord Jesus as the goal of life and received orders from the Pope to serve the poor by staying in the neglected slums of the Calcutta metropolis.
